1. Payment Methods

- Cash on Delivery (COD) (Available for select locations)
- Bank Transfer (For bulk orders only)
2. Order Confirmation
- After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with payment details.
- If payment is not completed within the given timeframe, the order may be canceled.
3. Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of plants and seeds, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The plant or seeds arrived in a damaged or unhealthy condition.
- The seeds are defective or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide necessary proof, such as clear images of the product.
4. Refund & Exchange Process
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Exchanges will be provided based on availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund may be issued.
5. How to Request a Return

- Clear photos of the item(s) received
- Reason for return or exchange
