1. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The wrong item was delivered.
• The plant or seeds arrived in a damaged or unhealthy condition.
• The seeds are defective or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide necessary proof, such as clear images of the product.

2. Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will offer an exchange based on availability. If an exchange is not possible, we may issue a refund.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.
